Place the items in their original, unwashed condition with all tags attached back into the original packaging or a secure mailing box.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
